At paper flower, we believe in actively supporting developers who may not have equal access to industry guidance or opportunity.
From time to time, we run free mentoring and support initiatives focused on:
- Developers from underrepresented backgrounds, whether they are working in AAA, indie, or looking to enter the games industry.
- Independent developers creating their first game.
These programmes may include:
- One to one mentoring sessions
- Portfolio and project feedback
- Development guidance
- Industry insight and practical advice
- Small group support sessions
Our most recent mentoring round has now concluded and we are not currently accepting applications.
